Like, it appears that sun has a direct view of the moon, so that it should be more than a crescent?

crescent moons are always low in the sky and are seen briefly before sunset or before sunrise. they either set quickly after sunset or become invisible when the sun rises because the sun is so bright.

Almost like it is its own separate light source independent from the “sun”

Great question. Maybe it’s a partial eclipse like that pumo ^^ said?

Edit: The trick is remembering that space is three-dimensional.

When you see a thin crescent in the afternoon sky, the Sun is usually off to the side. If you were to fly a spaceship and look at the Moon from a position directly between it and the Sun, it would indeed look "Full" to you. But from your backyard on Earth, you’re looking at it from a side-angle, seeing mostly shadow and just a "fingernail" of light.

Space isn’t real

The Moon is a reflection of earth almost like a shiny orb of plasma that’s a portal, that rotates from our vantage point off a light that comes into the firmament from the Polaris/North Star/top of skull of earth and then that rotating helical light bounces off the firmament and presents as the sun and the moon

Those aren’t craters they’re continents being reflected, the periphery of the firmament edge is what causes the appearance of the crescent since the earth is like a giant dome shaped exposed eyeball

Vibes of Chaos YouTube channel conclusively proves this in several documentaries not flame, might be shut down now

Other than accepting an original Creator beyond our conception of reality that created a material creator God, understanding the Firmament is essential to true Gnosis

Hence all the theatrics and fraudlies to keep people believing in fake and gay space and planets
