Date: July 19th, 2025 4:11 PM Author: '"'"''"'"'''"''" i need to get my life in order before i start tapering. it took 4 mg to stop near-daily panic attacks. i'm currently being overworked, and i'm at risk of getting laid off in September (will know for sure in a month or so). apparently i'm not good at managing stress and constantly feel tense and on edge, even on nights and weekends. i have a stress eating problem. when i'm really stressed i become very sensitive to light and sound and have to put on a sleeping mask and put in earplugs for at least half an hour. stress eating has made me overweight, and now i have health anxiety.
tldr: should be an easy taper |

And they put in their discharge papers "alcohol coma but we suspect he had some other drugs because he was out for too long".
