This information requested obviously needs a confidentiality order to be turned over; however, the attorneys in this case have to date not begun to discuss the terms of any terms of a confidentiality order. Plaintiff’s attorneys have simply been pushing for sanctions and other remedies. In Plaintiff’s attorneys’ countless hours litigating this case, there will not be found a “.2” in attempting to work out a confidentiality order for the protected information sought.

My accountant is helping by saying that he does everything and he doesn't have it, but there's already deposition testimony that office staff inputs data for quickbook prior to accountant getting it, so their expert has said that they for sure exist. |
