(ii) her spreading false messages about you or invading your privacy doesn't justify doing the same to her -- there's no winning scenario in the tit-for-tat game here, so it's best just not to play entirely (and, as a bonus, you get to be the bigger person);

(iii) continued attention on box just validates her and shows her that she's "won" in some way, since (she says, at least) she's okay walking away from you but you're still taking actions based on her (in negotiations of this sort, winner = one who can walk away);

(iv) as others have mentioned, it will prove nothing -- anybody with sense + who has had a BPD GF or two knows approximately what to expect;

(v) there's no reason to do it;

(vi) there's a small but not non-existent risk she will retaliate in some way, which could be irritating.
