i brought up AI's coming effects on our industry and these people basically had no idea wtf i was talking about. a couple guys indicated that they were vaguely aware of "AI stuff" going on right now because they saw news articles about it. not a single person had any coherent thoughts on the matter and it was clear none of them have ever given it even a minute of thought in their entire lives
honestly a pretty whitepilling experience. these people are all completely fucking done here. AI is going to sweep away the chaff in one fell swoop |

Fairer competition would be between AI and field/segment searching (the "ju([search term])", "TITLE([search term])", etc. operators).
I will say that I do not experience anywhere *near* the hallucination with WL that I do with chatgpt, although I get the feeling that WL refrains from giving you quotes for exactly this reason. |
