You shouldn't "quit" something 180 likes nicotine or caffeine. Perhaps just temper it down. If you're vaping constantly like a queer, switch to cigs, and only American Spirits.
If you're dead-set on quitting, use the gum. I was nicotine free for a year after weaning with gum for a few weeks. I quit at the behest of the women in my life and became very depressed/unproductive/fat. My life has dramatically improved since going back to nic. |
