The most interesting concept in the series is introduced in the last two minutes and never actually portrayed (Nora-bitch claims that there's an "opposite" world where 98% of the population vanished-- so at the moment of the incident, the world was split into two, with the "main" one keeping 98% of the population and the other keeping only 2%). Leftovers is a truly bizarre case, it's potentially a really interesting concept but they told the least interesting story possible within that fictional universe.
