Any doctor where you require them to either explain anything thoroughly to make informed decisions as their patient or where you need them to balance their medical knowledge and/or commercial pressure from their department heads/hospital admins with basic humanity. So basically any non-radiologist/anesthesiologist, and ER is also fine in like 90% of cases.
