I tested GPT with respect to this specific case and it gave a “on the one hand X, on the other hand Y” type of answer, so it’s probably not a big deal, but I can see why the judge felt compelled to declare a mistrial. conviction probably would have gotten overturned on appeal. guy is guilty as hell btw (felon in possession charge) but the cops were retarded and the evidence isn’t that strong (http://www.autoadmit.com/thread.php?thread_id=5734549&forum_id=2...id.#48995391) |
