I need a holistic diet, exercise, stress management, and financial planning plan.
If I could just only have healthy food, get some moderate exercise, manage my stress, and sufficiently manage my cash flow and savings/investments so I wasn't such a poor mo, I think maybe, just maybe, I could maek it and get healthy and get back to a normal body weight.

For the next 3 weeks, do each of these every day with 100% consistency:
Walk for at least 1 hour, rain or shine
Drink nothing but water, black coffee, and plain tea
Do not eat anything after dinner/ after 8 pm
If you follow those benchmarks every day for the next 3 weeks, you'll be in the habit of meeting them, and it'll be easy to keep going. The weight will fall off.

90% of what you need to do is manage what you eat. You already know this, and yet you avoid the magical pill that will get you that 90% to be able to lose weight.
Absolutely pathetic. Stop blaming everything/everyone else. Whatever genetic disposition you have to overeat (since that's what you always seem to blame this on) can be overcome and yet you refuse to literally do this one weird trick to make it happen.

Hire a local trainer if you really can't do it yourself. He will be expensive. "Training" is probably only 30% "working out." Diet, rest, and ergogenics will be the bulk.
The biggest issue is that your entire perception of eating is wrong. You'll go nowhere until you get that properly calibrated. This is where a trainer can help.
