like most BIGLAW firms seem to be about 30-50% partners, 50-70% associates, and maybe 1-2% of counsel. then if you go to their bios they actually seem to fit into two buckets: (1) extremely qualified (T14) or (2) highly specialized (tax, patent, have some PhD/JD situation going on).
what's going on with this? xo makes it seem like this is a nice sweet spot between associate and partner that you get if you don't have business, but these people seem even more qualified than most partners? do they all have autism?
