Just a charcoal kettle grill. I have a couple thermometers and I bought a stainless steel insert to help with offset indirect cooking (it's called a slow-n-sear and it cost more than the grill itself). It's not a perfect fit, but I've learned that it's the best fitting ill-fitting clique for me. All that said, charcoal is CR for burgers (searing in pan first then finishing over charcoal). |
