educational corpus on the constitution

Patrick Henry and Clinton both get a lot of mention in the course of the constitutional convention curriculum but despite their passioned writings in the collection there is no mention that there was even any opposition to the matter by founding fathers at the time

No you need federalism or else libs and china get their wish of civil war. Upset Jew tp thinks that Minnesota is Swedish and has windmills and fjords. Nowhere in America has any unique identity irl but Paralegal Muhammad thinks Blue Cities are 180.

I feel like loosening federal restrictions on state matters would actually relieve political pressures although in a way that might be degenerative long term considering the way this current set of cultural debates are so heightened and without readily-available compromise

Things are nowhere near collapse anywhere in the US and people are just going berserk from subjecting themselves to political hate echo chambers and having the fundaments of their ideological belief systems challenged by political realities for the first time in a long time

There's literally no such thing as the "Anti-Federalist Papers," because it was such a disjointed and decentralized effort of many people in many places. The Federalist Papers were three people writing serially through the New York papers. Some rando coined the label "Anti-Federalist Papers" to sell books after he aggregated a bunch of erratic newspaper clippings across the country and bound them in a book 50 years ago.

I'm looking at the text atm and it's not at all disjointed. The authors (7-9 of the signatories) were also writing in essay format through major newspapers of the time and they were influential enough to spur on the codification and addition of the Bill of Rights during a constitutional congressional session as well as getting Massachusetts to hold off on ratification until said bill was added

There are more authors in the pot of this particular text but they seem just as legitimate as the Federalist papers afaik. Generally well written and insightful as well
