tiger's the course designer, but when i first heard of this project years ago jack nicklaus jr had been working on the site already. they switched from nicklaus to tiger(and his associate/actual course architect beau welling) at some point |

Ai overview says $50k and Reddit says $500k - I think Reddit number is closer. Also depends on who they are actually able to recruit and you’re right they are almost definitely going to go after athletes/celebs and try to get Trump (Kai, not Donald) to spend time there.
