if there's a difference of interests, disagreement or dispute with a man, it generally seems possible to discuss the underlying issue, even if no agreement is eventually reached
women imo prefer to go straight to snark, belittlement, name-calling, defensiveness, etc.

This is one of many things that made me realize I was a delusional lib. Had no problem with any of my managers (all male) until a restructuring led me to reporting to a butch obese stupid ugly brown mystery meat lesbian. She tried to fire me after like two months for completely BS reasons. I had to make legal threats to give myself enough time to find a new job.
At another job, a coworker complained to my manager after I rejected her advances because she was too awkward, tatted up, and just stupid.
I'm a manager myself now so complaints come to me. 80%+ of the time they're from women. Some of them are quick to run to another person's manager if they make an honest, insignificant mistake. Their jobs are mostly pointless, but they get catty and try to "assert their power" or whatever with strongly-worded messages. If there are too many women on a team, it usually becomes a disgusting work environment where nearly all of them are rushing to complain to managers, being catty and hostile, etc. If they're particularly shitlib, they'll make vague anti-male comments that they can get away with, but would get you fired if you just switched the genders.
I could go on, but I'm pissed off just from writing this out.
