personal savings have gotten too large to the point that people don’t need to work as hard to live lavishly and they can retire early. the only way to fix it is to devalue their savings to the point that people need to work hard again.

People retiring early is a boon for the circulation of the economy

A big issue with job availability has to do with medically enhanced Boomers with artificially extended lifespans refusing to retire and free up the job positions for others

People get so involved in their careers that they make it the focal point of their entire lives and have no family or social life to retire into and this paradigm is encouraged as it winds up suppressing wages and creating a variety of work-heavy but pay-little positions that higher ups can exploit indefinitely and use to drive salary bands lower
