My little girl seems pretty smart

Can fully recite 10 or so nursery rhymes pretty clearly, ABCs, count 1-10. Recently \all of a sudden started correctly using pronouns and proper grammar (e.g. "Can I have it please?" "Will you help me please?"). Devotes a lot of time to "parenting" her dolls (e.g. feeding them, changing their diapers, "reading" books to them, putting them to bed, disciplining them and putting them in time out, etc).
