Went to the pub for after work pints, drinking outside with 20+ colleagues. Others were smoking, so I pulled out my case, grabbed one and lit it like normal.
Took that first drag, instantly tasted the difference and tamped it out on the bottom of my pint glass while taking as deep a breath as possible, holding it while I quietly slipped down the street to exhale. Came back to the group smoking an actual cig.
My work bud looked over at me in a posh British accent - "was that We'eed?" ... couldn't help but laugh saying no no, it was a California cigarette. |
