I stopped at Ross this morning and bought 2 tins then got a gallon of chocolate milk from Piggly Wiggly. I loaded up a Christmas playlist on spotify on my car bluetooth and set to work there in the parking lot demolishing these. The first tin was absolutely divine, and the ice cold milk was washing it down. I felt endoprhins rushing through my body. Then the diminishing returns set in. By the end I was crying, and the tears were not just emotional, I was in physical pain. Still I knew I couldn't save any cookies as they could trigger a future binge.

Each tin has 1700 calories and 220 g of carbs. The chocolate milk has 1600 calories. I threw up at the end so at least some of the calories were not digested.

I know I'm going to get better and stop doing this. I'm taking accountability now. I logged this entire 5000 calorie binge into my fitness pal app, I'm taking this on the chins. I will fast the next 2 days and then get back on my clean eating and walking. My feet are tingling so god damn much it feels like I stepped on a landmine. Happy Holidays everybody.
