Did DL, bench, curls, neutral grip pull ups, hangs with leg lifts, lat pull downs.
Did not get my 10k steps in; but I rarely do sadly.
Managed calories today as I had two Christmas parties last week so ended at 1300 calories and 177 grams of protein. GFNLHMA said yesterday I looked “really fit.” She is in a cardio bunny stage. |
