US it's easy to get them released because they have legal disclosure pathways. Also the reason they remain classified isn't because "aliens". It's because the data is sensitive especially if you release the full telemetry dump (which we don't anyway but still you can reconstruct some stuff even from the dashboard shots). Point of "UAP" is just that it's something that looked anomalous and they couldn't explain. There are ones across countries though that fit the same observable pattern.
