Date: May 29th, 2026 1:13 PM Author: Dan Bilzerian Tragic news from Canada. 27-year-old Indian MMA fighter Hrishikesh Koloth from Kerala was killed by a black bear on May 8 while working at a remote uranium site in northern Saskatchewan. He had trained in MMA for over a decade and dreamed of fighting in the UFC. A coworker shot the bear after the attack. Only the 4th fatal bear incident in the province’s history. Rest in Peace, brother.
