How big of a pay cut would you take for 4 weeks PTO per year?

Are we talking about 4 weeks PTO on paper, i.e., what would happen IRL?
Or are these 4 magical weeks of PTO where I can take a real vacation and not have to worry about work?
I'd pay $0.00 for the former; probably ~$175K for the latter.

That would be 7 days less than I get now, and I take all of it. (I also get Juneteenth, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day off.) And I can take random days and don’t have to take it in 1 week blocks like some biglaw corporate cuck.
BTW some people at my company who started here long ago had a deal where they got something like another week of vacation every 5 years they stayed up to a total of 8 weeks. There were older people I worked with who took 8 weeks of real vacation per year and would not respond to any emails while they were out of the office. Most of them were in niche roles they could do in their sleep, though.

None. I can just work from wherever I feel like vacationing.
Edit: I'd take a pro rated paycut for reduction in billable hours requirements. I dgaf about advancing in my career. Non equity partner is the best I'd get anyway and that's flame.

This. I'm a GC and do this. Told my CEO and management team I wouldn't be responding to anything unless I thought it was a genuine emergency and followed through on it
Worked one afternoon on litigation. Answered a few emails here and there. They and the business survived and are trained for future vacations
Was out 5 business days plus 4 weekend days

Is 4 weeks a big deal? I give all my employees 3 weeks
Almost none of them ever comes close to using it all

No kidding. The stress building up the month or so before vacation is awful. Client: “Oh hey we’re sending you a new deal in the next few weeks.” Makes me want to cancel my vacation right then or just let my wife and kids go (but then she’ll be pissed because that’s “not a vacation” for her). Or the psychopathic partners who do not give af about your ooo and do the “yeah junior bitch partner Josh will get a first draft out tomorrow” when that’s the first time you’ve even heard of a matter and then schedules a kick-off call with worthless but attractive junior associates and disappears himself.
It’s absolute hell. And some “partners” will offer to cover but then you either have to give them credits or they’ll try to steal the client—or both!
It’s very stressful. I now take no more than a week at a time. The smaller things / daily noise can sometimes wait 1 week.

I get 4 weeks PTO -- although I only use ~2.5 weeks.

I’ve always taken all my PTO until this year. Would usually do a 2 week family trip in the fall and smaller things throughout the year.
Took a more demanding position for $$$ at a startup and it’s just not possible to take PTO for longer than a few days. It’s horrible and just leads to burnout . Don’t know how people work with nothing to look forward to. Would a 25% paycut to go back to the previous situation.
