Their ability to deliver quality at a reasonable price is the impressive part. It may vary based on the local market and I’m sure they’re more expensive used and less predominant in the Scumfuck Midwest. Mitsubishi, Mazda, Nissan, Hyundai, and anyone else who tries to make a Car with no personality is just making the Same Thing but worse. And at like a $1500 discount maybe if that. The NUMMI plant is also a famous example of Japanese Supervision. Without them we would all need Cars every 3.5 years imo bc no one would gaf.

great cars. i like how mazdas have the volume knob on a lot of them near the middle armrest. they all drive great for the price. and no one else makes a car miata sized.

also the s2000 is a triumph, as are the newer credited response vehicles, civics, and accords.

Now THIS is what I call scholarship, tyvmft - also I completely agree about the s2000, gorgeous beyond belief inside and out (and don’t even get me started on ponytailed trophy wife SoCal soccer moms gracefully running errands in credited response vehicles)

if you're totally devoted to low cost and simple mechanics then sure go for a manual transmission on either honda or mazda, will always be more reliable and easier to fix than any kind of automatic trans. i'll defer to him if he says toyota cvt > honda cvt. i just like how hondas and mazdas drive better, the toyotas are generally softer

toyotas are good cars, and i'm not a "car guy" so i see no need to drive a luxury car. it's a waste of money. the rear window is 180, my kids were fucking with it yesterday on a drive to 7-11.

also, i am an actual multimillionaire while cowgod is unemployed or underemployed and probably worth less than $100k.
