AF Post @AFpost Trump’s executive order imposing a $100,000 fee on H-1B visa applicants does not apply to individuals already in the US on H-1B visas or to students on OPT seeking H-1B status.
The order will not apply to future extensions, transfers, or renewals for H-1B visa workers already in the United States and is set to expire in one year unless extended.
