My cousin is in townhouse and can hear neighbors 2 kids running back and forth for hours, then kid kicks his bedroom walls that share her unit and her walls shakes and picture has fallen off wall. The kids 5 & 8. She doesnt want to piss the parents off or be mean to them and wants to stay good terms.
