My high school produced an NFL Hall of Famer who is still one of the top defensive players in NFL history. My guess is that it is him even though NFL contracts were much smaller when he was playing. I know his family are major philanthropists in my old home town. My high school has apparently also produced two Nobel Laureates, but I doubt either of them has earned as much as an NFL Hall of Famer. I'm not aware of any of my high school's alumni who became CEO's or founded major businesses or anything like that.

As I think about this, if you include inherited wealth, the children of a celebrity surgeon also attended my school. He is in some medical textbooks because he was the first to perform certain procedures that are now common. And he was a very successful businessman who made a lot of money building clinics and performing procedures on athletes and other celebrities. But while his kids attended my high school, I don't know if he did. And despite his success, I still don't know if he earned more than the NFL guy.

There were a few billionaires' kids there, not flame. So I guess a billion assuming they didn't give it all to charity.

RSF is probably the richest alumnus of a high school I was NOT permitted to attend.
