It is so good. It’s only vile when it is in soybean oil. I wish there was cheap tuna in olive oil, maybe there is, but the cat looks forward to the tuna water so I am not switching.

I highly suggest eating like this. I feel great. I live off lean steak (strip/t-bone trimmed or top round), tuna, sometimes a 6oz pack of pastrami or roast beef, some potatoes (russet, skin on, no butter or oil just salt), canned or frozen veggies, if I am traveling I eat a bag of zero sugar beef jerky. On fridays I eat fish or shell fish. Also big fan of oysters and cocktail shrimp. Finally, I will eat chicken wings or a salad with just vinegar if i am eating out with others.

Other than drinking beer (which I have stopped now) and having free bread when I go out (which makes me feel like shit) this has been 180. Limiting added fats from seed oil has been key (yes, even olive oil or avocado oil). Not a complete bar, but minimize as there are a fuckton of calories in them.
