I bought the highest quality ground beef the other week. It was expensive as fuck. Tasted like fish, not flame. Googled it. Grass fed beef leads to higher something or another in the cows resulting in a fishy taste. I blame libs. And Jews.

I think a better way to put it would be that corn feeding a beef like crazy at the end of its life to fatten it up will reduce something or another while adding fat and producing lots of methane

the truth is that there is a happy middle ground that most farmers could easily meet to supplement a steer with some feed while keeping them 90% grassfed that results in the best product but GC will only let you have one or the other, it can't help itself once it starts to fatten a calf, there is probably a good metaphor there
