Which is even more surprising considering that it's set more or less in the current-day world. It portrays an English village made up of zombie-style apocalypse survivors, and, given the current population in the UK, you'd expect to see some minorities. But nope- everyone is lily white. It feels intentional, like they are deliberately trying to re-create a medieval-style English village in the current day.
