Before the speeches the bride got on the mic and said "I know this might not be conventional, but I had to have my best man here too, well I guess he's 2nd best now" (all her friends shared a knowing laugh). The guy was taller and hotter than the groom, former NFL tight end (practice squad I think, played at UCLA). He got up and told about how he met the bride on one of the swipe apps (he couldn't remember) and she became his best friend; he said she'd answer the phone no matter what time of day he called. Another line I caught was he said "and I know you'll have lots of kids because she is definitely capable." He ended the speech with "I'm honored to be a part of your past, and an option in the future."

I think a lot of it was subtle digs like this. The bride was looking at him like she was in love the entire speech. It almost feels like she was bragging about knowing this guy.

After his speech he gave the groom a playful "noogie" on the head. Anyone seen this?
