A lot of them are just badly done, and orgs are less efficient than they should be bc they’d rather hire 6 90 IQ URMs/Women than one Loser with no OCI/law review/coif/athletic scholarship. Like the FBI closed cases one month after someone reports Nicolas Cruz to them for no reason because they suck not because they’re “fake.”
Also when you look at stonks, the market wants growth, it would rather a Firm have a plan to grow than have higher profits in the short term from firing Losers. They could probably just grow and fire Losers but maybe not. Look at western AAA Studios. Their budgets, my god. I can’t imagine them running lean. |
