they guy at the body shop right off the bat was like 'lemme guess...mexican?' i said yep...then he told me good luck getting them (af insur) to pay
they made me fill out paperwork, go twice to get an estimate, and now are denying paying the claim do to a 'breach of coverage' by their client
quick google search shows this is how they operate their business. i know i can go after the kid who hit me, but i'm so pissed at this company i want to drag them into it.
what would be the right next step?
