You should consult a knowledgeable immigration attorney so you don't fuck anything up.
Alternatively, you can follow the above steps and then not marry her. Then you can threaten to deport her if she stops putting out, and you don't lose half your assets when she inevitably gets sick of your bald, autistic ass. The down side is that if she calls the cops, you might get charged with human trafficking. Also, she can't work at a W-2 job, and there is a risk she could get deported even if you want to keep her. The choice is yours. |

If you don't mind getting married overseas, that is easier, because then you can avoid having to petition for a K visa.
Either way, in order for her to get a green card, you are going to have to sign an affidavit promising to provide her financial support in the U.S. So, if she leaves you, you will get raped even worse in the divorce than most men get raped in this type of situation. |

If just get a marriage certificate outside, then it might take longer than fiancé visa but do it only once? As for financial support, if you get divorced that's 1.25 of Federal poverty level isn't that just a subset of whatever I'd have to pay any bitch that divorces me? Fiancee visa = file form I-129 with USCIS, she gets a TEMPORARY visa from the US consulate, and she has 90 days in which to marry you or GBTR.
Marriage overseas = file form I-130 with USCIS with proof of marriage (overseas marriage certificate). Need proof its a bona fide marriage and a real relationship. Once (if) approved, then case is sent to the State Dept and she does consular processing and obtains her green card directly at the consulate.
