Your mortgage for 360k is maybe at 5% interest? so you pay 18,000k a year in interest payments.
So you make 18k profit (minus any maintenance, etc) so that works out to a 20% gain on your 90k investment.
Not bad I guess, but there is some risk involved in this esp in a hot market like DC. |
