The retards comprising the metacritic composite rated it as Something More than a FPS because it had backtracking and the view transitioned to third person if you rolled up into a ball. Nintendo fans were like desperate pirates who had completely run out of cannonballs and started loading the cannons with forks and spoons...they had No Ammunition in the console war. Even games like Eternal Darkness that were sort of OK got all this unwarranted hype. It was touted as having like 20 playable characters and being some sort of revolutionary game when all the characters played identically so you were just playing the Same Level over and over again. Like just offer Player Choices or have Keanu reeves and sell 30,000,000k Eastern games can have ingenious gameplay imo but western games can’t. It needs to transcend gameplay. |
