By the way, decided that I would try non-prescription shit since everything I read about blood pressure meds was laughably terrible. Just got L Theanine 200mg pills today, took 1 several hours ago and took my blood pressure: 122/78.

My next step was going to be mad honey (and still will be if this doesn't hold) but this is crazy shit. I haven't seen a reading like that in 15+ years.

Diet - I generally try not to overeat, avoid soft drinks and other American shitfood (no fast food, no twinkies or other junk food), drink alcohol only occasionally, but otherwise, I don't restrict myself too much.

Yes, though I need to increase this. I used to go to the gym 2x/week and last went a month ago. Work schedule + toddler have basically fucked this recently. I do walk a ton (consistently get 10k+ steps in daily). I'm also trying to get a home workout schedule going.

Doesn't seem all that correlated. I have a 155/113 and 84bpm and a 155/108 and 72bpm. My highest bpm that I see is a 130/94 and 112bpm.

I admit that I don't make sure I've rested and done proper breathing and all that before testing. I'm not on prescription meds and really don't want to be so a rough ballpark is fine.
