could you imagine living WAAAAY north in saskatchewan/alberta/manitoba, but not north enough to be in the northwest territories?

when people ask where you're from, you'd still have to say "saskatchewan" instead of the cooler-sounding "the arctic."

and yet, due to latitude, you'd basically be living in the arctic anyway.
