If this the new disco fires moniker? If so, you really need to get serious about taking care of yourself if you don't want to die of a heart attack at age 50. Because 135 resting HR is already borderline heart attack territory. I'm sure this will be the time you finally listen, but still...

If your resting heart rate is really 135, you need to do something. Stop with all the extended fasting bullshit and just do the simple stuff: eat less and exercise more. I have dropped about 40 pounds in the past year and a half just by reducing portion sizes (particularly desserts) and making sure to exercise every day.
