Like yes it is in fact possible to have a strong af start then for momentum to die. It’s a toy ffs and audiences are fickle. I went to GameStop irl with a Woman and asked about Switch 2 which had ample stock and they didn’t exactly “recommend” it. |

Game maker stop making good games that were moddable, that could build huge communities, etc. And started releasing the same old shit year after year with almost no originality. Counterstrike clones basically killed PC gaming.
