Poondaddy especially. When Chris Lova Lova started promoting his "rap career" on his show, I cringed. Plus it was that "I Wanna Lick you from your head to your toe" which I thought was a shitty song. Sounded like a typical DJ with a stage etc. They started playing one Ludacris song, then another, then another, then I realized that someone was actually rapping, then after the 6th song I realized it was him. I walked over and caught the last few songs.
It was some AIDS walk or something he promotes. There were only a few dozen people there (maybe 100?) but it was pretty cool for him to perform for that. |

He’s 72 and still at the firm, hoarding client credit. He could leave but wtf he doesn’t work too hard and why cut the money spigot off.
I’m guessing Luda gets like 40-80k for one of those state fair shows. He does little tours of 8-10 of them. All he has to do is remember the area codes he’s in, for when he does that song. |
