I think getting caught would be charged with Medicare fraud so wouldn't step foot in usa if got caught and probably my bank accounts would be frozen.. it is possible to work legally from abroad at about 60% pay/hr but the job isn't guaranteed to last beyond 2 years and I would then be unemployable.
