Ending the year at ~$7.5 million all in (~$5.5 million is relatively liquid) w/ no debt.
I definitely feel financially comfortable and I never actively worry about any sort of day-to-day "money matters," but by no means do I feel "rich." I honestly don't know if I'd feel "rich" even if my wealth magically doubled overnight.

39, about $2.5M liquid with an extra $600-800K in home equity for our home and investment property.
Seriously considering retiring next year when I turn 40. 2 kids (12 and 8). Biggest concern is health insurance.
