Date: November 4th, 2025 12:26 PM Author: sapphire locus macaca this. i am very happy that mamdani is getting elected, not because i think he'll be good - he will either be bad or he'll just be ineffectual, but, to me, this is a clear indication that israel is becoming a litmus test. that clip from the debate stage a few months ago where all the candidates said the first trip they'd take as mayor was to israel was hilarious. when mamdani said "i wouldn't go anywhere, i'd stay in new york," the other candidates tripped over each other to point out that "he said he wouldn't go to israel!" as though that would be a liabilty.
we will hopefully see much more of this nationally. |
