But I am doing another 30-day challenge now and the goal is to be done after that I've decided.
What's funny is that this time I don't really think I will miss it at all like the first couple of weeks last time. Thre is too much downside for me. I woke up at 5am with the adrenaline rush I always get after drinking and remembered how much btter it is to just get good sleep and have great mornings. |
