Can do the BSS with heavy dumbbells. EMG studies show minimal difference between the BSS and the back squat. BSS hits slightly more glutes/hams and less quads.

I finally found a way to do these without falling over (I have shit stability my left knee). I wedge my back foot between two dumbells on the bench. They are 180.
