in 25 years.

So far I'm not doing much differently but have generally known the heart attack risk was out there and have stayed in shape and not smoked.

Alzheimer's is the biggest "furk you" and is motivating how I spend my time for sure

I think that I also have a high risk factor rate for cardiovascular disease given my age, stress level, sex, lifestyle, etc.

It sucks, but that's what it is.

Not flame, I love xo and will always poast. xo changed my life in 180000000 ways 15 years ago and I'll never forget it.

And if I do get Alzheimer's, one upside is all the goat threads will be brand new to me every hour.

Doctor put me thru a battery of tests. Went into a huge beeping machine with smoke and lights, rode a stationary bike with a breathing apparatus, put on a "Doc Brown" Back to the Future style metal helmet thing, not for the faint of heart.
