There has never in the history of the world been a case where, 10 years after private loans were fully paid off, were investigated by a team of attorenys working on public dollar, to then charge someone for lying on an ancillary loan document.
There is no "restitution" to be made. The public was not harmed. The private lender said they'd gladly continue doing business with him.
You know how when you buy a $200,000 house, your lender requires pay stubs, tax returns, bank receipts. Believe it or not, before someone loans you $100 mm - they have a team of accountants and lawyers to do this.
I'd venture to guess that this dumb form is not even part of the diligence packet the lawyers/accountants/underwriters review. |

Our current legal system does not do an adequate job of discerning between legitimate minor errors and complete miscarriages of justice like the trump prosecution and this absolutely insane civil verdict. And he should be entitled to recover the cost of his bond from the state. (I'm sure that alone has cost him millions.) |
