My observations from not drinking for a month

Date: September 3rd, 2025 2:43 PM Author: thriller background story 1. I strangely feel a lot more tired in the afternoons and evening. When drinking I easily stay up til midnight and I’m energized. 2. Mornings are better 3. It’s boring 4. I’m less social 5. I’m more depressed
On net it sucks. Mornings are great but the rest of the day sucks. |
