This is kind of a repost.
I'm wondering about Brown's Public Policy program at the Taubman center. I figured it would be good because of the name, but I have not seen it on any top MPP lists. Anyone have any knowledge on this ?

brown's mpp is too new to show up on national ranking lists yet and mpp rank lists are incredibly random/subjective anyway (no one actually believes syracuse is better than harvard)
that being said, the taubman faculty includes a lot of high profile national academic experts as well as practitioners (former senators, etc.)
they also have the ability to draw big names to campus to give talks (barack obama and both clintons for instance within the last two years)
the mpp is mostly about connections anyway and brown definitely has them
